Dr. Syed Muhsin is a highly respected and passionate Unani physician known for his dedication to scientific and effective Unani healing. After completing his graduation , he established the first Unani hospital in North Malabar, marking the beginning of his journey in advanced Unani healthcare.
He was later selected as a Research Fellow at CCRUM [Central Council for Research in Unani Medicine] Government of India. CCRUM institutes across India are especially renowned for their pioneering work in the treatment of Leucoderma (Vitiligo/Baras)since 1972.
With a deep interest in mastering vitiligo treatment, Dr. Muhsin traveled across India—including karnataka, maharashtra, Hyderabad,madhya pradesh Delhi, Rajasthan, Kashmir, and himachal pradesh etc —to study and understand advanced treatment methods from leading experts.
Dr. Muhsin also carries forward over 60 years of ancestral clinical wisdom, inherited from his grandfather, the renowned Great Hakim Syed Ibrahim Koya Thangal.
His contributions to Unani medicine have earned him prestigious recognitions, including the Hakim Ajmal Khan Award. He has also served as the General Secretary of the Kerala Unani Medical Association (KUMA).
With more than 15 years of clinical experience and a strong research-oriented approach, Dr. Muhsin has become a trusted and leading name in the treatment of Vitiligo (Baras).
He later established GlobalUnani Hospital & vitiligo Research Center, dedicated especially to the scientific, and fast-effective Unani treatment of Leucoderma (Baras) and various other health conditions. His vision is to blend classical Unani wisdom with modern medical insights to deliver personalized, holistic, and result-oriented care to patients across the world.
